Submitting a Warranty Claim
- A photo is required for all product issues or warranty claims.
- Please fill out the form to submit your claim.
Warranty Coverage
Our MagComp Card Display comes with a one-year warranty from the original purchase date. Here’s what the warranty covers:
- Free Replacement: Our MagComp Card Display comes with a one-year warranty, offering one (1) free replacement per purchase for any structural defects or functional issues. This warranty does not cover surface scratches, cosmetic imperfections, damage from misuse, wear and tear, environmental exposure, or issues caused by non-compatible accessories (Please note that Display Films and Sleeve Protectors are excluded in this coverage.)
- Shipping Costs: While the replacement is free, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

• Accidental damage including bending, scratching, or dropping.
• Loss or theft of trading cards or displays. We strongly recommend handling your cards and displays with care and storing them in a controlled environment to reduce risks.
