1. What is CardHaven Display?
CardHaven Display specializes in premium Mag-Compatible Card Protectors designed to showcase and protect your trading cards, memorabilia, and keepsakes.
2. Will it fit my card?
Our MagComp Card Displays are designed to fit most standard trading cards (2.5” x 3.5”) and other similarly sized cards. This includes Pokémon TCG, One Piece, Weiss Schwarz, Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic, and more! If you’re unsure whether your card will fit, feel free to contact us for guidance.
3. What makes your display protectors unique?
Our products combine sleek, modern design with durable, crystal-clear materials to ensure your cards are both secure and beautifully showcased. They’re also Magnetic-compatible, making them versatile and easy to use.
4. Where are you based?
We are proudly based in Ontario, Canada, and ship our products worldwide. For countries outside of North America, please email us for a shipping quote.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship internationally. Please note that shipping times and customs fees may vary depending on your location.
6. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can definitely return your order. However, due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we are unable to accept returns on display films and sleeve protectors.
7. What is your warranty policy?
Our MagComp Card Display comes with a one-year warranty, offering one (1) free replacement per purchase for any structural defects or functional issues. This warranty does not cover surface scratches, cosmetic imperfections, damage from misuse, wear and tear, environmental exposure, or issues caused by non-compatible accessories. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

9. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
10. What should I do if I don’t receive a response to my email?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day. If you don’t hear back within 1–2 business days, please check your spam or junk folder.
